Fall Picks by Shelly Grossby Anna Kopito | 22.11.14
Find out what our Telavivian girls are thinking this fall. This time we have talked to Shelly Gross, blogger and fashion journalist at Yedioth Ahronoth.
Telavivian: What are you looking forward to this fall?
Shelly Gross: I’m waiting to get to the finish line with my own book. after that, I’m planning to spend the rest of the winter napping.
What are you wearing this fall?
My uniform for this fall are wide leg pants, a pair of Stan Smiths and hopefully (when the gods of winter wake up) a big grey sweater.
When getting dressed, what inspires you?
Here is – finally – a thing in common between me and Mark Zuckerberg: I like to decide early in the season what kind of uniform I’m going to wear, and then stop thinking about it. Getting dressed is a real inspiration-free action for me.
How would you describe the optimal wardrobe for the Telavivian woman?
The perfect Telavivian woman’s wardrobe should be built on grey basics and white cotton shirts. But don’t listen to me. I was a Telavivian for 15 years, but now I’m a suburban girl.
